About the Event

• Entry fee : Free
• There is no age restriction on participation.
•  In submitting a short film, you agree to ensure that all the production/distribution companies involved in your short film submission shall also agree to give a non-exclusive, perpetual license to TalesTV for its public screening during/after this event.
•  In addition, if you are a winner or selected participant you are agreeing to display the movie for one year duration on TalesTV
•  We accept short films (5 minutes to 40 minutes) of any genre created after the year 2021.
•  By submitting the short film along with the application, you agree that your submission is your original work and in no way a violation of any existing copyrights and you have obtained all the required permissions/licenses. TalesTV will not be responsible for any kind of violation and holds the rights disqualify from the event.
• You further confirm that permissions/consent has be taken regarding the name biography or any other personal information related to anyone, including deceased person portrayed in your submission. If there are any similarities, copies of such permission/consent shall be submitted to TalesTV during the application process.
• We accept films that have been previously screened in other media/ platforms, TV

                 stations and online media.

• All feature films will be released in their regional language.
• Films should be sub-titled in English unless the regional language is English, for  international viewing by audiences.
• Films will not be accepted in post-production stages.
• Entering this event does not guarantee that you will win the prizes mentioned or derive any other benefits. TalesTV won’t be accepting responsibility for any damages, loss or liabilities, mental stress or any kind of damages incurred by you because of entering this Event.
• TalesTV holds the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this contest with or without prior notice, due to reasons outside control and the decision will be final.
• Films should not have adult content, sexually explicit messaging, animal cruelty, child abuse, showcase sexual abuse, promote terrorism, or affect religious sentiments of viewers.
• Email communications will be one to many format (admin@talestv.com to multiple participants), meaning you are agreeing to reveal your email IDs to other participants. 
• By  participating in this event you are agreeing to reveal the name of the technical and non technical team/person worked behind the movie and the name of the person who submitted the entries. 
• Tales TV is not responsible for plagiarism of original content.
• All films must be submitted along with the Identity of the Director of the movie along with the completed form, on google drive and should follow the rules for submission.
• TalesTV assume and recommend every participant to understand the terms and conditions before submitting the entries.
